Their brief was simple: "I think we need a logo." I came backto them with a compact brand system.
Broedie's operates as a food vendor at Toronto's CNE—a setting where a brand has to work across formats that aren't always known in advance. A single locked mark wasn't going to serve them, so I proposed a modular identity kit instead: wordmark, character, colour palettes and lockup configurations built to be rearranged freely across banners, menus, social, packaging, merch, and buttons.
The Butter Burger character illustration gives the brand a face that fits the food: nostalgic, fun, a little bit silly.
A focused colour palette and a concise style guide round out the kit—enough structure to stay consistent, light enough to actually get used.
